Managed Service Providers (MSPs)

Telcos & ISPs
The platform enables users to manage infrastructure, billing, automation, and integrations with multiple orchestrators such as Apache CloudStack, OpenStack, Virtuozzo, OpenNebula, and VMware.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Platform:

You may be required to register for an account.

You must provide accurate and complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
5. License and Restrictions
5.1 License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Platform and Services in accordance with these Terms and any applicable subscription agreement.

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of data you upload to the Platform. However, by using the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process and use that data solely to provide and improve our Services.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information shared during the course of business.

9. Third-Party Integrations
Stack Console integrates with multiple third-party platforms such as Apache CloudStack, OpenStack, Virtuozzo, OpenNebula, VMware, and others.
Use of third-party software or services is subject to their own terms and conditions.
We are not responsible for the performance, security, or availability of such third-party services.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Platform and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not warrant that:

The Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, or

Any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Stack Console shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stack Console, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
