Thank you for choosing Stack Console. We value your trust and aim to provide the best possible experience with our cloud management platform. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed for Stack Console licenses and subscriptions.
1. General Policy
All purchases made for Stack Console licenses or subscriptions are final. However, under specific conditions outlined below, you may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of license activation.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund request will be considered only if:

The request is made within 7 calendar days from the date of license activation, and

There are genuine technical issues with the platform that prevent normal usage, and

Our support team has been given a reasonable opportunity to resolve those issues but was unable to do so.
Please note:

Refunds are not applicable for renewals, upgrades, add-on purchases, or one-time setup fees.

Refunds are not issued due to change of mind, incorrect license purchase, or lack of features that were not explicitly stated on our website or documentation.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:

Send an email to billing@stackconsole.io with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your License/Subscription ID]”.

Registered name and email address

License or subscription ID

Date of activation

Reason for refund request (with a brief explanation)

Our billing team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
4. Refund Approval and Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.

All refunds are subject to applicable transaction and processing fees (if any).
5. Non-Refundable Items
No refunds will be issued for:

Refund requests made after 7 days of license activation.

Custom development, implementation, or integration services.

Professional services, setup, or training fees.

Any third-party tools or services integrated with Stack Console.
6. Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting billing@stackconsole.io.
Cancellation stops future renewals, but no partial or prorated refunds are issued for the remaining subscription period after the 7-day refund window.
