  • The purchase was made directly through Stack Console.

  • A technical issue with the platform or service prevents proper usage, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable time frame.

  • The request for a refund is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase or renewal.

  • Refunds are not applicable for:

    • One-time setup or customization fees.

    • Services already consumed or provisioned.

    • Situations where terms of service have been violated.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days by our billing team.

Refunds to Payment Method

  • After the refund is processed from our side, the time it takes for funds to reflect in your account depends on your payment method.

  • For payments made via Stripe, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to return to the original payment method.

  • For other payment gateways, timelines may vary, and you will be notified accordingly.
