Job Description

We are looking for an HR Manager with Human Capital vision to support the company's mission and business strategy. Your mission will be to provide end to end HR solution to meet the continuing & future needs by focusing on effective employee development & engagement initiatives .

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the General Managers and management teams to ensure that HR is aligned with the business and the product company strategies.
  • Give support to operations management and employees in applying people management related activities in line with Group HR strategy and local HR procedures; Develop and implement high-quality HR processes. Support Management in talent review processes.
  • Support local management in identifying correct structure and strategy for people management within the company (Organization structure, job content, roles and responsibilities, reporting lines, work levels)
  • To support the managers in hiring the best people and provide the new employees a smooth on boarding experience. Develop and implement state-of-the-art selection and recruitment process; Identify clear roles and responsibilities aiming for maximum efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Promote the internal job market by securing that all jobs within the organization are advertised on the portal and that all employees experience a standardized selection process; Ensure that the candidates receive feedback from the line managers.
  • To develop, maintain and update competence development based on the companys needs identification process (Competence gap analysis etc.) and participate in employee performance reviews. Develop and implement state-of-the-art performance review and competence development processes in line with 'The Way We Do Things'; Support management in identifying high-potentials and mentoring programs; Conduct exit interview, analyse and close feedback loop with the managers
